As Premium Built Structures’ owner, Darren’s passion and commitment to our customers' projects are unparalleled. Customer service is his priority. He will work with you to customize exactly what you’re looking for in your building. When Darren is not leading the Premium Team, he enjoys time at home with his family.

DWAYNE GAUTHIER

Operations & Safety Manager

Dwayne knows how important safety is in the construction industry. He enforces safety measures through each building process. Dwayne’s knowledge within the field is extensive. Whether it is an on-site task or in the office, Dwayne is a part of every project. Dwayne’s time outside of work is spent with his wife and two boys.

RYAN SHALIST

Field Operations Manager

Having 20 years of experience in the construction and framing industry, Ryan is there at each build to ensure everything is kept on track. Ryan is dedicated to making sure the scope and direction of each building are on schedule. Ryan is committed to making Premium a successful business.

DOUG SPURRELL

Business Development & Sales Manager

As an integral member of the Premium team, Doug has 15 years of business experience. Sales have always been his passion, and he brings that passion to the job each day. Doug is committed to making Premium a successful business with his team members.

Robyn has been with the company from the beginning. As a graduate in the business field, she works hard to bring her knowledge to work each day. When she is not busy balancing the books, Robyn enjoys time with her family.
